View Comments

Comments can be viewed from the work activity. If comments are too long, they are automatically collapsed.

You can view comments that have been added to a PLL case from Task Manager, Corrections, the Main panel, and directly to a task in the workflow. The user interface may be different, but the steps are the same. The administrator can configure a task to copy comments if automatically inserting the same task. This applies to single tasks, not task groups.

  1. If desired, click Sort to sort the comments by date and time.

  1. Click the arrow next to a comment to expand it.
