Contractor Search Tab Fields

• Business Name: Enter the name of the contractor's business.
• First Name/Last Name: Enter the contractor's first and last name in these fields.
• Work Phone: Enter the contractor's phone number.
• City: Enter the city where the contractor is located.
• Contractor Type: Select the type of contractor.
• License Number: Enter the contractor's business license number.
• License Expiration Date: Select the check box next to the calendar icon or enter the contractor's business license expiration date. For more information on using the calendar icon, see Search Within a Date Range.
