Edit Payer Information on a Payment

To edit a payer's information associated with a case, complete the following:

  1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Payment panel.

  1. Click Show Payer.
  1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record.

NOTE: Only the Comment field may be edited.

  1. Once your edits are made, click Save.
